He carried himself with style and sophistication in a time when the standards were higher. Witty and debonair, he was the centre of attention, charming his friends with his musical genius and satirical wit. He was the very image of the elegant gentleman in a smoking jacket with a cigarette holder. Noel Coward. Join Godfrey Johnson to discover the spirit of this iconic performer, who can hold you in his palm with his illuminating wit and irresistible musical charm.
After having worked for many years as a musician, director, composer and having accompanied Pieter-Dirk Uys, Godfrey Johnson won the 2007 Fleur du Cap award for Best Performance in a Cabaret for his work in Kissed by Brel.
